Stones are a wonderful tool for magick. Not only are they great in ritual, you can use them outside of rituals. They are wearable, and conduct magickal energy in predictable ways depending on the stone. Here are some of my personal favorites. I will add more once I am a little better organized.
Amethyst-Feburary birthstone. Aids in overcoming some addictions. Also helps with: courage, dreams, happiness, healing, love, and mental peace. It is a highly psychic stone. It is also a purple form of quartz.
Bloodstone- Self esteem,vitality, business, courage, healing, magickal power, money, wealth, prosperity, and physical strength. Comes in green and red, each has it's own set of properties, most of which are listed above.
Coral- Emotional stabilization, healing, peace, protection, and wisdom. Can come in a mirriad of colors from many different seas. Coral tends to be reliable, however.
Diamond- Lessons jealousy, enhances courage, healing, physical strength, protection, and spirituality. Diamonds can also very greatly, both in appearance and effect.
Emerald- Enhances dreams, love, mental powers, money, wealth, prosperity, and protection.
